Skobel's Is Hiring for Back To School

Skobel's is hiring for the back to school season to ensure we are well prepared to provide great service to all who shop with us. This is the perfect summer job for high school and college students to make some money before going back to school.

Responsibilities include: helping customers, ringing up sales, stocking store, etc.

Many customers speak Spanish, so speaking Spanish can be a strong plus!

No experience necessary, but you must be very smart to get all the products, fits, and rules down.

Applicants should have a degree from a four year university or be enrolled seeking a degree from a four year university or in high school.

Location: We have stores located in Gretna, Metairie, and Belle Chasse.

Our Gretna store is centrally located within New Orleans just off the West Bank Expressway and Crescent City Connection. You can be in most areas of the city in 15 minutes.

Our Metairie store is in the heart of Metairie next to Clearview Mall just off of I-10 at Clearview. 

The Belle Chasse store is located next to Balestra's just past the Belle Chasse Tunnel.

Job Type: Temporary

Compensation: $8.00 to $12.00 /hour
