Embroidery & Hem Timing

Embroidery
Embroidery takes approximately 1 week. During the busy season, embroidery can take approximately 2 weeks. This is in addition to any online order processing time.

Need it faster? 
We also offer priority service for embroidery on in store orders.
Gretna: 1-2 days. Frequently, same day service is available.
Metairie & Belle Chasse: 1-3 days. 1-2 days is possible if you bring it to Gretna yourself.
All priority service will be in store pick up only. You will receive a text when your embroidery is ready.

If you are shopping in-store at the last minute and do not want to do priority service, your school may allow students to start without the student’s name properly embroidered on the uniform. You could take home an item without embroidery and bring it back later when you are ready and have more time to get it done! For this process, you will need to checkout twice. 

Hems
We offer hemming in store only. Regular pants hems take approximately 1 week.  If you require a skirt hem or pants hem with a blind stitch, we recommend going to a local cleaners or tailor.
