Embroidery & Hem Timing

Embroidery
Embroidery takes approximately 1 week. During the busy season, embroidery can take approximately 2 weeks and must be purchased by July 10 to ensure a smooth start of school for all students. This is in addition to any online order processing time. For your convenience, all orders will be shipped directly to you once completed.

Late Embroidery
All embroidery purchases between July 11 and August 19 will be charged a late embroidery fee of $10. Embroidery will take approximately 2 weeks.

Need it faster?
We also offer priority service for embroidery!
Gretna: 1-2 days. Frequently, same day service is available.
Metairie & Belle Chasse: 1-3 days. 1-2 days is possible if you bring it to Gretna yourself.
All priority service will be in store pick up only. You will receive a text when your embroidery is ready.
Priority services purchased between July 11 and August 19 will be charged both the late embroidery fee and the priority service fee.

Take home & bring back later
If you are shopping in-store at the last minute and do not want to do late embroidery or priority service, your school may allow students to start without the student’s name properly embroidered on the uniform. You could take home an item without embroidery and bring it back after August 15 when you are ready and have more time to get it done! For this process, you will need to checkout twice.

Hems
Regular pants hems take approximately 1 week. For your convenience, all orders will be shipped directly to you once complete. If you require a skirt hem or blind stitch pant hem, we recommend going to a local cleaners or tailor.
