Skobel's Reopening

We are very excited to inform you that all Skobel’s retail stores (Gretna, Belle Chasse and Metairie) will be reopening Friday, June 5th at 10:00am. The health and safety of our employees and your families is vital to us. We will be opening following all state mandated guidelines in order to ensure that safety. 

For everyones’ safety, all employees will complete a health check upon arrival to work, wear masks and will exercise proper hand washing and social distancing throughout the day. We waited to open in Phase 2 to be at 50% capacity and we do not anticipate being over that capacity during these first few weeks. If the store is at capacity, in order to maintain social distancing guidelines, names and phone numbers would be taken upon arrival and parents can wait safely in their vehicles. We will call or text them as soon as they can enter the store.

We ask that all adults wear masks and that they practice social distancing with others in the store. 

If at all possible we ask that only one parent per student enter the store and that the student is brought in only if they need to try uniforms on. Children under the age of 10 will not be required to wear masks.
