Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in resalable condition.
ITEMS THAT ARE PERSONALIZED WITH NAME EMBROIDERY ARE FINAL SALE.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
In addition, you may return your product in person to the store.
Lay-a-ways are available in-store only. 25% down on regular priced merchandise, 50% down on sale tagged merchandise. Return policy applies from the date the lay-a-way is put in. Payments must be made monthly. If payments are not made in a timely manner, we have the right to return the merchandise to stock and the money deposited the lay-a-way will be forfeited.
